All our items are exclusively handmade to order.
Please carefully read the description of each item. If you have any doubts regarding the size, color, dimensions, or weight of an item, do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to provide you with any additional information you may need.

Returns & Refunds
Returns are not permitted due to customer error or a change of mind after 24 hours from the moment of payment for the order.
If the item you ordered is defective or otherwise does not meet the requirements of your order, please contact us immediately to arrange for the return of your order within 7 days of receipt.
Payments
Please note that order changes or cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of payment. After this period, your order is considered confirmed and production begins (if made to order), or preparation for shipping (if in stock).
When paying for your item, please be aware that we do not collect customs duties or taxes that may be required by your country’s customs authorities. These charges, if any, are your responsibility.
Shipping & Delivery
After your order is paid, it will be shipped:
- Within 2-3 business days (if the item is in stock, please refer to the product description).
- Within 14-21 days (if the item is made to order, please refer to the product description).
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING via Montenegro Post.
Immediately after shipment, we will send you a tracking number for your parcel.
If you prefer a different shipping method, please inform us when placing your order. In this case, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Orders to European countries typically take 1 to 3 weeks to arrive.
We will contact you before shipping your order.
Customs duties or taxes that may be required by your country’s customs are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are your responsibility. Please take this into account.
